COLLABORATIVE CONSTRUCTION / ENVIRONMENT / BIODIVERSITY
WELL-BEING AT WORK
This last pillar culminates from the first three: (Collaborative construction – Environment – Biodiversity)
We aim to deliver mixed-use business campuses that offer more than your typical logistics environment.
We surround our developments with welcoming living spaces, including a service hub designed to improve well-being at work and cohabitation.
Each space is designed to be an extension of its neighboring town, as part of a collaborative construction process tailored to the needs of locals and lessees.
Services include a childcare center and restaurant (using local produce supplied by communal and on-site vegetable gardens), green and ecological spaces where users can walk around, lunchtime and after-work sports facilities, a medical center and many kilometers of cycle lanes linking offices and different areas of the municipality.
Local residents have access to all facilities in the evenings and at weekends.
The campus transforms into a place to walk around, picnic and enjoy leisure activities.
We work hand in hand with local governments to ensure residents benefit from our sustainable developments. Aréfim plays an active role in the local economy, while preserving nature and contributing to the well-being of employees and the surrounding population.
COMFORT AND HEALTH
We design all our buildings in such a way as to improve employees’ comfort, quality of work life and user health.
To achieve this, we carry out preliminary studies in the design phase to optimize acoustics and visual (natural lighting) and thermal comfort. More importantly, we take additional concrete measures after building delivery.
These various actions help us to meet our objectives and deliver high-quality interiors.
User health is, of course, a priority concern.
We choose materials that produce low pollutant emissions and electromagnetic waves, with testing to ensure levels conform with limits.
We are guided by the principle of “living better together”, and our service hubs are effective tools in achieving this objective.
