Valéry Fenès,

the visionary

Valéry Fenès graduated from the École Supérieure de la Chambre de Commerce et de l’Industrie and began his career in 2000 at BNP Immobilier (formerly Auguste Thouard). From 2006 to 2011, he worked at Argan as Development Director. In 2012 he created Aréfim, a commercial real estate company, then Aréfim GE in 2018 with KS Groupe. Valéry is CEO of Aréfim.

Edouard Sauer,

the unifier

 

Edouard Sauer is an engineering graduate of INSA. He trained in real estate law at ICH while beginning to work in the family business.

Edouard currently holds various executive, managerial, supervisory and strategic consulting mandates. He believes firmly in social entrepreneurship and that ethics can align with economics, continuing his work in the family business on projects involving skills sponsorship, SSE, ecology and social innovation.

Benoît Duffours,

the organizer

Benoît Duffours holds an engineering degree from the École Supérieure de Chambéry and a master’s in quality management from Arts et Métiers. He began his career at GSE, where he was technical director for over 14 years. During this period, he led several large-scale projects representing €10 to €60 million. He also managed a profit center with eight people under his direct responsibility.
He joined Aréfim in 2019 and is currently Chief Operating Officer. His job mainly involves structuring and supporting Aréfim’s strong growth across its entire value chain, from real estate prospecting to property.
