COLLABORATIVE CONSTRUCTION

Mixed-use logistics campuses are not accepted by local communities overnight. Nor can they be imposed without consulting local populations. On the contrary!
Aréfim involves as many of the people and institutions concerned by its developments as possible in the very early stages of a project, to ensure the cooperation of all stakeholders: local government, local residents, associations, partners, local businesses and lessees.

Collaborative construction takes into account the needs and expectations of a group of representatives from the town in which we are based. It is a joint project.

We aim to achieve BREEAM® Excellent and HQE® Excellent certification for all our projects.

Our developments consume less water and electricity (LED lighting with motion detection and dimming, astronomical clocks, natural lighting), use materials chosen for their reduced carbon footprint (bio-sourced insulation and paints, recycled floors and suspended ceilings) and even produce energy.

By listening to and communicating with locals, we are able to provide sustainable, pertinent projects that respect biodiversity and employees.
For years, logistics projects have imposed themselves on the environment, with no consideration for local communities, biodiversity or lessees. We decided to change the way things are done!

Collaborative construction is an opportunity to provide new services, change mindsets and unite users around our convictions. The introduction of corporate campuses should be welcomed as a continuation of a town.

They are a plus for companies, which can operate within a diverse, protected ecosystem, with modern infrastructure that makes life more comfortable for employees (childcare center, restaurant, picnic areas, etc.), and offer advantages for local residents, who benefit from sports trails, bicycle paths, gardens, etc. in the evenings and at weekends.

A logistics campus must embody its municipality’s values and dynamic, while also satisfying regional needs.

To achieve this, we consult 100% of the predefined stakeholders at the various stages of the project. Consultation between the primary contractor, lessee, the various parties involved on site, etc. remains omnipresent through to building delivery.

Collaborative construction also serves as a tool to uphold our other three values: the environment, biodiversity and well-being at work.

Dialogue, sharing of experiences and respect for expectations and needs are all central to our DNA.
