for new buildings, making it France’s leading logistics market and consumer base. Aréfim has developed over 400,000 m² on the outskirts of Paris in its role as logistics real estate company, a clear demonstration of our ambition to establish a reputation in areas situated 80 to 100 km from Paris.
Aréfim is a B Corp.-certified mission-driven real estate company that designs each logistics campus as an extension of its neighboring town, with the inclusion of a service hub (childcare center, restaurant, sports facilities, etc.) accessible to local populations in the evenings and on weekends.
