Our environmental commitment is mirrored in our project designs, which align with environmental certification standards. These certifications attest to the quality of our work in both the development and building sectors.
We support the environment through innovation, integrating ambitious, innovative solutions for the benefit of the environment.
Our goal? Obtain BREEAM® Excellent and HQE® Excellent certification for all our projects.
Our buildings consume less water and electricity (LED lighting with detection and dimming, astronomical clocks and natural lighting), use materials chosen for their reduced carbon footprint (bio-sourced insulation and paints, recycled floors and suspended ceilings) and even produce energy.
From the very outset, we design our logistics campuses and buildings from a bioclimatic perspective to reduce energy requirements. During construction, we choose materials that will reduce carbon emissions. And our energy systems (biomass boiler, geothermal energy, photovoltaic panels, etc.) help users to reduce their carbon footprint throughout the building’s service life.
We adhere to the French Climate and Resilience Act and Zero Net Artificialization objective (ZAN).
Our land-use strategy is designed to breathe new life into brownfield.
The circular economy plays an important role in securing a future for our developments. We involve all project partners with the aim of preserving resources and keeping supply chains short. We pursue a meticulously prepared, well-organized, co-developed environmental policy designed to strengthen dialogue between decision makers.
We constantly seek to break new ground, testing original materials to improve our know-how and the quality of our buildings.
