Aréfim is a real estate company and creator of socially responsible logistics campuses. We specialize in the creation of logistics campuses and innovative, independent buildings. We became a mission-driven company in 2023 and were B Corp. certified in 2024.

Aréfim owns 390,000 m² of property, and 700,000 m² are currently under development.

We are a team of 13 people spread over 3 sites. Our head office is in Strasbourg, we have decentralized technical and environmental teams in Avignon, and developement teams in Paris.

It’s a fact, industrial zones are generally unattractive, they are unsightly and unharmonious. Disconnected from their neighboring towns. They do not satisfy local authorities, nor do they meet the expectations of local residents and businesses, nor do they address environmental and social concerns.

So, what should tomorrow’s corporate campuses look like?

Collaborative construction: Creating joint projects in consultation with all involved: local authorities, residents and customers.

The environment: Integrating innovative and ambitious solutions into buildings beyond certification, reducing their carbon footprint and developing on brownfield land.

Biodiversity: Enhancing each region, while respecting and improving its flora and fauna and monitoring measures taken over time.

Well-being at work: Creating service hubs (childcare center, restaurant, sports facilities, etc.) to retain employees, the number one CSR priority of any company, with facilities also open to locals in the evenings and at weekends.
