Our goal? Obtain BREEAM\u00ae Excellent and HQE\u00ae Excellent certification for all our projects. <\/p>\n

Our buildings consume less water and electricity (LED lighting with motion detection and dimming, astronomical clocks and natural lighting), use materials chosen for their reduced carbon footprint (bio-sourced insulation and paints, recycled floors and suspended ceilings) and even produce energy.<\/p>\n

From the very outset, we design our logistics campuses and buildings from a bioclimatic perspective to reduce energy requirements. During construction, we choose materials that will reduce carbon emissions. And our energy systems (biomass boiler, geothermal energy, solar panels, etc.) help users to reduce their carbon footprint throughout the building\u2019s service life. <\/p>\n
